Affiliate programming is important. It is not what will get members in your gym and officially make them a part of the community. Your ability to coach, communicate, teach movement, see movement and create a culture within your gym walls is what will make your gym great. But your programming can be a cornerstone in the foundation of your community’s overall health and performance. We have over 2 decades worth of programming and scaling experience at the affiliate level as a staff combined. We understand that constantly varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity is a great way, but we do not believe that it is the only way.

Our TTRU Affiliate model can be designed specifically around your community’s resources and overall needs of your gym. Our approach to successful programming is to use multi-joint movements training strength in a linear but varied way, utilizing intensities to protect even the member who comes into your gym 6 days a week and help spur along results that everyone in your gym desires. Our workouts all include "intents" that define the intended stimulus and help guide your members and coaches to the hard choices of "to scale or not to scale," and even how much to scale. We program accessories around the demands of the main focus for each day. This means that we often utilize movements before or after the conditioning or primary strength work that acts as prehab to balance out movement redundancies or to help increase the rate of recovery on what was taxed in the day's training.

Our staff has a background in both traditional strength and conditioning as well as CrossFit. This combination of knowledge and experience allows for a unique blend of fun yet purpose driven workouts. The fittest member of your gym and the newest member of your gym will feel challenged by the program we design and see increases in work capacity, across broad time and modal domains. We believe that most programs can give you this value by simply chasing intensity with reckless abandon. Our desire isn't just fitness, but also health. We want your community to increase fitness while feeling better physically than they have in their life. Harder isn't better. Better is better.
